when you allot time for yourself to do something and think you have time to dick around beforehand, only for you to overdick around or “overdick it” and actually end up late.
i knew it would only take me an hour to get ready for the party when i had 3 hours to get ready, so i got on my phone for a while and then realized i overdicked it when i realized the time 20 minutes before was supposed to leave.
