Usually the type of colleague you would enjoy having at a BBQ, but not in the workplace.

A condition where a team experiences the inability to win games away from home, whilst they win enough games at home to sit mid-table.

The Dolphins were coming, but they experienced a serious case of Midgarditis, they just could not win away from home.
