When someone or tries to escape a difficult situation and utterly fails.
Can also be used by angry Italian women to belittle their kin.

Example 1
Cop A: What do we have here?
Cop B: This screwdini tried to rob the liquor store after hours and locked himself inside.

Example 2
Son: Ma, my house was going to foreclose so I needed to sell drugs to make my payments. Can you bail me out of jail?
Angry Italian Mother: SCREWDIIIINI!
