anticipatory

adj. the state of being deeply impatient and/or excited about something one expects to occur in the near or semi-near future. Used commonly with an event whose outcome is currently ambiguous. Essentially an adjective form of the word anticipate.

n. One who is proficient in projecting quaint phrases that could be perceived as sarcastically humorous, even if he or she had no intent of telling such a joke. Jokesketeers can be rated on a scale of A to F, depending on the comedic affinity the joke contains.
