Sacks of fat that hang off women who were fortunate enough to go through puberty.

The best way to refer to them is some variation of "sweater whales." I.e. Sweater rhinos, sweater kittens, sweater amoebas, sweater snap peas... etc.

My God Walter! Check out that fat chick's sweater cows! That behemoth's boobs sag so much they look like footballs.
