SUCS 

The Strong UrbanDictionary Conjecture on Sex, which states that no matter what definition you are reading on this website, you are at most one click away from reading something about sex. (The WCSU - Weak Conjecture on Sex on UrbanDictionary - only requires at most two clicks.) It appears that neither has been conclusively proven so far, though there is plenty of circumstantial evidence.

This definition validates the SUCS by including "sex" in the tag list.

A buzzword uttered mostly by those who are outraged that improving a neighborhood means people will spend more money to live in it.

lothe 

The state of simultaneously feeling love/positivity and loathing/negativity; to have a love-hate relationship with. Pronounce the "lo" as in love and the "the" as in loathe.

I lothe this class, it's awfully taught but I really would like to know more about the subject.
