A new word coined by the chavs of England. It is used to describe a girl who is both clean and attractive. It is usually used to describe a non-chav girl who is not a drug addict, like the girls chavs traditionally date. In reality, the girl would never go anywhere near the chav, let alone fuck them- but the chavs never realise.
