hoeliner

Eyebrow pencil used to draw a black "accent" line around women's lips. Usually accompanied by shiny lip gloss or bright red lipstick.

Even if she doesn't put on any other makeup, she won't be seen in public without her hoeliner.

When you meet somebody and immediatly hit it off (sometimes without even speaking)
A big chemical explosion/ energy between 2 people
