EBT Basket

EBT Basket or the Colorful Basket is a shopping basket belonging to somebody on food stamps (EBT) filled with "goodies" such as fruit snacks, juices, cupcakes , seafood etc. with colorful, bright boxes and packaging.

a mix between "luxury" food items such as expensive seafood or beef and processed goods like cookies and cakes, food with no actual nutritional value all bought with goverment assistance money.

she walked out of walmart with an EBT Basket filled with 5 lobster tails, box of cookies, 2 liter coke bottle and a bag of chips.
