refers to those who constantly bitch and moan about every single thing that is wrong with their life. Originally only associated with women, but has recently been used to describe an emo male, as well.

homie language 

refers to slangs most ghetto people use in conversation. Usually used amongst stereotypical guys in Sean John clothing, or in "thug" clothing if they are too poor to afford Sean John. Language of the urban kids.
