This is a celebratory phrase that was developed by people at a local hospital to acknowledge the work of one idividual with the initial D.B. This acronym may be extended to any personel at any institution to celebrate their work and to praise them with friday morning office coffe.

the D.B. may be replaced with any initial

i.e., HBDD --> HAPPY BOB DYLAN DAY!

i.e, HDBD --> HAPPY DOUG BOWELS DAY!
