An acronym of "anak kampung sini" (people from this kampung/village), often used to describe people who demand money, or any other sort of item/service with monetary value because "they were here first". Commonly used by jukir's (juru parkir/parking enforcers) to justify their presence, though can be used in many other contexts.
" I can't have you jukir's taking 5000 out of my customers for parking! You're driving them away!

A Honda Civic, usually one that looks like a beater car, tuned to the fucking moon and back to gap people on a highway or your local dragstrip. Though the laptop is not necessary to make the Civic go fast, it's used to change between tunes on the road.
