1) being sad for almost completing something but falling just short.

Nigsav
When someone gets raging power and has the need to eat brains of small children at school dances. Or when someone does something so dumb that you have no choice but to call them a nigsav.
Guy A: hey man let's go play chicken with the cars on the thruway!
Guy B: man, don't be a nigsav.
Guy A: there's a giant monster running around but he keeps hiding in rafters and no one can find him! Our children keep coming up missing!
