1. variant of "dur-da-dur;" said when someone does something particularly stupid.

2. a person who consistently acts as though they have an IQ of 7; one who has "the deeturdee look" upon their face.

The deeturdee was walking down the street when she stopped to wonder why the sidewalk had been moving underneath her. "Deeturdee!" exclaimed the mailman who saw her.
