a variation of the word "weaboo", mainly used by Vietnamese (due to the way Vietnamese language does not have "ea" sound, but pronouced the same way, without "a") to disrespectfully describe an anime/manga-fan, and/or describe an overly obsessed anime/manga fan(s).
Mainly due to their user(s)' cringiness, the word "wibu" have been widely used in VN-CS:GO Community to just describe "anyone with an anime character profile avatar", or "anyone referring an anime quotes/catchphrase", and slowly adopted to outside VN-CS:GO due to the same nature.

When this emoji is included at the end of a sentence, it will automatically devaluate the entire sentence that went before it.
This mainly used by Vietnamese to describe bait or sarcasm; or inside joke; or all of it at the same time.
The only exception is when this emoji is included with the phrase "I'm always lie", which devaluate the emoji insteads.

When the emoji is included, it will automatically devaluate any sentences that went before it; each sentences must include a <(") to the end of the sentence (whether before or after the period) to mark it "useless".
This emoji on it's own is widely used by Vietnamese social media, and is used to either mark the sentence as sarcasm, joke, sarcasm joke, and anything inbetween; with the only exception is for the "I'm always lie" phrase, which devaluate the emoji instead.
