A variant of the "beej" (blowjob) in which one person works hard to get blown but someone else steals the beej in the end. Usually occurs around last call when someone leaves the prey unattended whilst taking a piss.

Last night i had my guarenteej lined up, but some douchebag pulled the steej at the last minute.
