A Word used to describe many different scenarios in college :
1)Used to ask girls if they are down to fug
2)used to also refer to the level of drunkness

1) I got the dorm to myself tonight. Chongson? Yass?
2) I'm passed the tipsy stage and nose diving into the Chongson state(usually happens after non stop dance stage)

penguin

it's when you drop a deuce then realize you're out of toilet paper. you can't put your pants back on 'cuz you'll ruin your shorts. so, you leave 'em at your ankles and do the penguin around the house until you find something you can wipe your ass with.

why do a penguin when you can just use your socks?
