The smell of a female filipino when she has her period. The stench can be so strong that even after she leaves a room it will still smell like dead fish 15 minutes later.

"phew what's that smell?"
"Oh, that? That is the smell of a stinky filipino that probably left 20 minutes ago."

Mongolian Spot

small bruise like spot located usually on the lower back. Most Pacific Islanders have one. It designates true Pacific Island blood.

If you look at her back you can tell she is a Chamorro, she has a Mongolian spot.
