a particularly horrendous hangover which entails full body symptoms including; (a) feeling really sick but being unable to vomit without help from your hands down your throat (b) aversion to any food (c) thinking you are capable of sleeping it off but actually feeling worse after a nap and requiring a return to bed etc. etc. Particularly prominent in South Africa and South East Asia with Koh Samui Airport a notable blackspot
