A noob, typically of japanese background.
A person labeled as an "Eri" will typically think they know a lot, when in fact they know very little.
This person will also typically label other people as "noobs" to make him or herself feel better.
An Eri will however, also give the illusion of being very intelligent when around other noobs, thus making them "noobs" that are harder to spot.
