Whenever you see a fat white woman. Referring to the main character from the movie "Precious", but a Caucasian version, and usually at least a little ghetto.

( Spot a fat, usually ghetto, white woman, and say to whoever your with)

"Hey look, white precious!"

basically any fat black (usually also ghetto) woman. Referring to the main character from the movie "Precious".
