It is a word supposed to express the sexy catwalk of a hot girl.

It was very common in MSN and other chats or game chats (e.g. Habbo Hotel Italy) and forums (e.g. Sciax2) in 2000-2010.

People who use it nowadays are just nostalgic of old good internet times.
