The annoying folk on Las Vegas Boulevard that hand out cards for strippers/escorts etc. They flick the cards making a clicking noise kinda like crickets chirping.

The often explicit cards for hookers, escorts, strippers etc. that are handed out by vegas crickets on the Las Vegas strip. They get dropped on the street in large quantities producing litter like confetti.

Notice how every kid on Las Vegas boulevard walks along looking down? They're staring at the strip confetti. Probably the first pictures of naked women they've ever seen.
