Abbreviation for "Where you at." However, when speaking (not texting), it can be used in a sentence where the abbreviation, wya, is said. When the abbreviation is said in a statement it means "where is." when abbreviation is said on its own it refers to its standard meaning, "where you at."

friend 1: he went to the store.
