Tony 

A commonly used Ulster Slang name for a male who is often inaccuratly accused of having an extremely small penis. In reality, a Tony is someone who is unable to become erect, or get wood regardless of stimulation or even with viagra, thus giving the impression that it is a permanetly small penis.

Girlfriend: Are you going to put it in yet?

Tony: ...it is in.

Girlfriend: Oh. Well this sucks, I'm going to go make some stir fry.
