Word used by moral, non-swearing person in place of "wanker", especially around children.

Lily: "Mom...Daddy doesn't much like my teacher Ms.Goldberg , does he?"

Mom: "Oh I'm sorry Dear. Your father and I think Ms.Goldberg is a kerem."
