A "gangster" term, that just simply beats the normal "yeah man!" or "yeah dude!".

Or you can use the "english teacher" version:
"Yes yes motherfucker yes yes!"

Jimmy: "Ay man u wanna hit up the movies?"

Ronny: "Yeah yeah mofucka yeah yeah!"
