A person who strongly ressembles a duck/llama, and has problems with flem production in the sense that they produce ridiculous amounts.
They may also suffer from awful flatulence, and have a problem where they make everything that they come near slimy. Somehow.
Very difficult to control. Mildly alchoholic.

A terrible illness.
