A chin beaver is a term that can be used describe various styles of beards that require some sort of grooming or maintenance. This word consists of two parts: "Chin" (which resides on the lowest portion of the human face under the mouth) along with "Beaver" (the slang term for pubic hair found about the female genitalia.)
