A Warhammer 40k race that can be simply defined as:
Space-elves with a superiority complex that nearly went extinct due to said superiority complex.
But can be more accurately defined as:
A race highly superior to humans - referred to by Aeldari as Mon-Keigh - that are elf-like in nature and experience everything - senses, emotions, etc. - in much higher definition. It was by this that they became complacent and sunk lower and lower into debauchery. This debauchery birthed a Chaos goddess, Slaanesh, who wiped out their great empire.

"Hey man, are those elves?"
"No, those are Aeldari, they're superior to humans in every possible way."

Commoragh is the city-state inhabited by the Drukhari or Dark Eldar in the Warhammer 40k universe. Located in the Webway, or the immaterium specifically created and utilised by the elf-like Eldar, this city is led by the vile Asdrubael Vect, aka the pro-gamer-move spiky eldar. The city's architecture is very spiky and intimidating in nature, and many torture rooms exist for the purpose of their pleasure in torturing slaves.
In the comedy-satire YouTube series 'If the Emperor Had A Text-To-Speech Device', Commoragh is where Fyodor Karamazov and the entirety of the Imperial Inquisition (along with Leman Russ, leader of the Space Wolves) ends up, and Karamazov speaks to Vect to try and get them out.

"I think I'm going to go on vacation to Commoragh."
"NO! Don't do that! You'll end up tortur3d and r@ped for hundreds of years before being squished into a still-living and ever-suffering, pain-experiencing piece of accent furniture for eternity!"
"Oh. Ok. What about Cadia, I've heard good things about that?"
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH"
