A Fake Incel. That is, a guy who claims to be an Incel (Involuntary Celibate), but either does get laid or could easily get laid if he really wanted to.

Goonsick

The state of feeling physically ill that can sometimes follow a prolonged gooning session. Often caused by a mental feeling of Post-Nut Depression so intense that it manifests as feeling physically sick to ones stomach due to the intense internally directed feeling of disgust.

Sorry guys I can't go out tonight. I'm feeling goonsick after having the house to myself all day on my day off from work.
