To pull a ‘Ryan Clark’ is to drive any vehicle on any state, private or locally maintained road without the vehicle having been insured and registered, or having insurance and registration valid to the date of usage of said vehicle. This action also falls under the circumstances of using valid registration and insurance but filed under the incorrect vehicle, which is being operated.
