hop boppin' is when you do something that doesn't make you look cool, but you have that attitude that says it is.

Tony: Hey, instead of having decent speakers in my shit car, I'll just use a boombox and put it in the back
Ralph: Dude, you do that, you'll be hop boppin' in no time flat.
