1. a popular phrase used by Martin on his tv show. used to replace wait a minute, stop the presses, i have something to say right now. or used when someone just said something shocking or bizarre and you want them to repeat themselves.

Ex: "Yo did you know she was pregnant"
Reply: "Whollup, what did you say?"
