Diamond Dallas Page Yoga.

A hybrid yoga movement workout that evolved from the YRG Fitness System. DDPYoga incorporates dynamic resistance, active breathing techniques and power movements to increase flexibility and core strengthening and to lose body fat, promote lean muscle growth and higher cardio levels, without undue stress on joints.

Page Joseph Falkinburg, created DDPYoga are being injured early in his wrestling career, to rehabilitate himself.

phantom pain

Phantom pain is the pain amputees feel in the place where they have lost a limb. Initially it is hard for some to grasp the fact that they have lost a limb, because they can feel intense pain where their limb was. There are methods to reorient the mind so that the pain goes away or is greatly reduced.

Also relates to the imagined pain a person feels when someone they love disappears from their life.

Sarge, I think I have been hit, I got this horrible pain in my left leg.

Don't worry private, it is only phantom pain you are feeling, we got your leg in a secure location, where no buddy can cause it harm.

Columbus Day Sale

A small window of opportunity you can walk into a store and take at your own risk what you want without paying ; e.g. after a natural disaster or social unrest or war. The sale does not have to occur on any specific day, but it requires certain conditions. It is illegal in almost all circumstances, with the exception of some areas which have been devastated by a disaster and for which taking certain items is necessary for basic survival.

climate arsonist

A politician or public policy expert that refuses to address the policy implications of human's role in climate change and related effects on fire behavior, especially in areas where the Wildland-urban interface has been pummeled by fire.

He spoke with the dignity of a true climate arsonist when he blamed the mega-fires on red tape that prevents massive logging of the public lands, failing to realize that much of area burned was on natural shrublands and public forest land for which he is responsible for managing.

drug underdose

Taking less than the prescribed medication. This can occur when people cannot afford the medication and take less than is prescribed without supervision. When the prescribed drug that has been taken does not a sufficient does because a significant amount of the active ingredients have been partially or completely removed. When patients are unable to acquire a reliable source they may reduce a prescribed dose and spread the dose out.

A drug underdose can as serious as drug overdose in that it can result in a negative state such as sickness, coma, hospitalization or death.

The problem of drug underdose has increased significantly as people stretch out their existing supply by either cutting the dose or not taking it at the prescribed time.

no-masker

A person who refuses to follow CDC guidelines, laws or ordinances to wear a face mask that is designed to prevent the spread of a disease, especially during the time of a pandemic.

A no-masker is making a political statement. Herd impunity. It is what it is. Everyone is going to die. I will only spread the virus if you are receptive. If you get really sick and or die it is what it is.
