If you are more tranquil, you will be less likely to react or combust. So not only do you not ruin your own day, you avoid ruining other people’s too. In a tranquil state you may even make better decisions."

At one time a prestigious well-loved and respected media that employeed extremely attractive men and women to deliverd the facts surrounding top breaking stories developing around the globe. Now the opinions of the inappropriate unprofessional news team members discussing personal problems while spreading gossip looks like a morning talk show. Ethical journalism no longer a priority this business void of integrity has become Mediaocrity.

I was confused why my favorite news channel looks like a morning talk show set. One of the Anchors talking about something for 10 minutes before I realized it was about her son pooping . The mediaocrity of it all is pathetic
