Someone who is bald, balding, or should be snatched bald because they don’t know how to act. They often times have no common sense, courtesy, or home training. Typically men near or in their 30s that need to get it together.

A middle-age man, who deems fit to wear a skirt or sarong in the heat of summer. Often has tendancies towards new-age philosophy and is prone to embarrassing his children by sitting with his legs akimbo.
