The state of temporary insanity caused by the opportunity to consume cheese

I ate that whole block of cheddar in one sitting and I don't even remember doing it. That must be my cheese blindness acting up again

to make more vague and open to broader interpretation.

That definition is too exclusive, you need to vaguify it.
