(Informal and offensive) LGBT, transgender or transvestite person, often seen as pejorative in the LGBT community , comparing with she-male 🏳️ ⚧️

Tranny can also refer to a transistor radio in UK. In the US, tranny refers to the transmission in a motor vehicle.
