(adj.) Pronounced shump-kee. Loosely defined as something that has no value, is of poor construction, or generally undesirable in every way.

Ex. Tom: I bought all my Christmas gifts at Walmart this year.

Jerry: Wow that is pretty chumpkey dude.

Ex. I bought a used car and it was a chumpkey piece of shit.
