Nom De Gloom

A play on the phrase "Nom de plume", typically to represent an alias while facing depression or fear. In Xavier Renegade Angel, a man known as Dark Notion in Season 2, Episode 3 "El Tornadador", is sick of society and changes his name as a Nom De Gloom to hide himself from society.

Dark Notion: Oh, the ecstatic anguish of being treated like society. My new nom de gloom shall be known as "Baron Society WEINBERG"!

A fairly known meme from "The Orville", in which two Moclans start smoking cigarettes and order a machine to create 500 cigarettes, in which they slowly, overtime, get incredibly addicted to cigarettes.

Klyden: "The tingles! Do you feel them?"
