Originally a secondary school qualification 'equivalent' to an Alevel. The term has changed meaning to describe something so pathetically stupid, it can only be described as BTEC

Boggled

When a person is extremely intoxicated or otherwise under the influence of drugs, to the point where they are confused or spaced out.

Connor: "You alright mate? You look a bit gone"
Luke: "Nah I'm absolutely boggled, I shouldn't have had that last shot."
