A term to describe a person of a low social class (eg. in relative poverty) but also is afraid of all around them.

'That kid is a right pusspike, he lives on bracken bank and is shit scared of everyone' said owen.

The demonstration or performing of "pikey" or lower social class like actions.

"God she is acting such a dempike!" Joe said as she stole lead from her neighbours roof.
