The overwhelming dominance of water in biology or any situation in life.
It's quirky to ponder, but we are all subjects in an aquarchy. Without water, we quickly die. Therefore, respect the aquarchy, and respect the value of clean water. When someone takes risks with the safety of your aquifer, they are threatening your personal safety.

Beggywiggle 

A dog who begs while wiggling.
The snorting beagle beggywiggle followed Elroy around while he ate his pretzels. Elroy used the opportunity to train the beggywiggle to recycle (run in a circle) before getting a pretzel.
