1. The use of too many buses when a metro line or another higher mode of transit should be used.
2. Any image or scene depicting obscene number of buses.

Seoul Moment

1. A moment of congestion of buses on a bus-only lane (=Brisbane Moment)
2. Through-running different modes of rail transit (e.g. through-running a high-speed train to a metro line)

They are going to run KTX on that metro line? What a Seoul Moment.

A euphemism for automatic bus guidance that makes a guided bus project sound more impressive than it actually is.
(= trackless train)
