An utter bimbo who screams at the slightest hint of suspense in a movie, fangirls over hot guys in Cleo magazine, and never knows what you're talking about until five minutes later. Typical dumb blonde, but generally with black hair.
Usually seen screaming in movies with another girlfriend.

That airhead is such a Shi Mei, she doesn't even know who Kafka is.
