Piscoria

A place devoted to the consumption and education of Pisco, the Peruvian and Chilean fermented grape distillate, or white brandy. Often serving ceviche and small piqueos or tapas.

Joe loves going to the Piscoria in Barranco for Pisco Sours and Ceviche.

Hey, is there a Piscoria around here? I need a Chilcano!

Lomosexual 

Someone who gets excited by eating Peruvian food, but especially Lomo Saltado, a Chinese style wok fried dish using steak strips, oyster sauce, soy sauce, capsicum and tomato. Tradionally served with rice and fried potatoes.

"Jonny has become such a Lomosexual. All he wants to do is eat ceviche and drink Pisco Sours!"

Piscotarian

Someone who loves Pisco (Peruvian or Chilean Brandy made from wine) and drinks nothing else.

A true Piscotarian demands his Pisco Sour to be double shaken, and will ask for an Achalodo (blended pisco) over a single grape variety.
