A term used to describe a cigar filled with marijuana. Also known as a blunt, an L, spliff, etc. Pronounced "el-tahn".

After we get back from the bar we should smoke an L-ton.

A custy is defined as someone who is dirty and smelly. It also refers to someone who's life is a complete waste of space. It can be used as a noun or as an adjective.

1. Person A: Corti just stole my half handle of Burnett's Peach.

Person B: What a custy.

2. Corti is such a dirty custy.
