Food or a delicious idea that is so extraordinarily phenomenal it deserves an additional "nom" to emphasize the noming that is taking place.

I cannot believe I ate the whole thing, it was phenomenomenal.
Lets go eat mom's meatloaf. That's a phenomenomenal plan.
