Patty Mayonaise 

A sexual maneuver performed by slapping the ass of one's sexual partner and then placing two fingers quickly, yet gently, within his/her vagina.

Patty=slap
Mayonaise=insertion

Skeeter attempted to give BeeBee a "Patty Mayonaise" but her dad walked in and kicked him out of Bluffington. I guess Skeeter will settle for a Patty. He is blue.
